Beer Up The Butt Chicken
We got the recipe from Kelly S. She swears that beer up the butt is the best way to cook chicken.
You take a full beer and stuff it up the butt of the chicken;, plug the neck opening with an onion, and rub seasonings on the outside of the chicken's skin.
Bruce also put some water-soaked hickory chips on the charcoal.
I couldn't believe how delicious the chicken tasted. Much better than the broasted whole chickens from the grocery store.
