I had a client meeting in Orlando Thursday afternoon so I took Friday off as a vacation day to enjoy some time in the sun.My friend Cheryl was in Orlando on business at the same time. She had met a Food Network celebrity, Chef Irvine, at a Lunch Impossible event on Thursday.
Thursday night we went to the SPIKE party at Universal City Walk and ran into Chef Irvine in one of the food lines.
