The Michiana Master Gardeners sponsored a garden walk in Elkhart on Saturday.
We'd never been on a garden walk, so we weren't quite sure what to expect.
We sort of had in mind that we'd visit all of the gardens and then go have lunch.
We'll, we visited the first three gardens between 10am and noon and then stopped for lunch at Applebee's in Goshen before continuing the tour.
What a beautiful, and humbling, experience. Our favorite garden was way out on County Road 36 near Goshen. It was at a stone house built in the mid 1800's with a barn, a large pond with fountain, and an adorable potting shed.
By the end of the afternoon, I'd taken nearly 200 photos. Below are the best of the best.
