Friday morning I was heading into our Chicago office, but I had scheduled a client conference call at 9am. Rather than try to have a meaningful conversation and concentrate on driving at the same time, I exited the toll road in LaPorte and pulled into the first business I found.
It was a golf course -- bonus! Although I didn't golf Friday, I did get the opportunity to golf here at the Briar Leaf Golf Club in LaPorte with friend Cheryl last spring. Very nice course... and a pleasant place to have a conference call.
